As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in leveraging the latest AI/LLM technologies to build experiences that improve manager’s lives. Join us and contribute to the next generation of impactful AI tools to up-level managers and create a thriving, inclusive workplace.

In this role you will:

  • Maintain a strong, user-centric approach to feature development
  • Be comfortable working with ambiguous problems and advocating for clear and achievable solutions to them
  • Contribute to best practices for NLP/ML development, evaluation, and deployment
  • Work on a cross-functional team using the latest AI/LLM technologies to create compelling user experiences

We would love to hear from you if have:

  • Experience building, deploying, and maintaining AI/LLM services at scale
  • A track record of successfully building products end-to-end, from ideation to production
  • Strong proficiency in a range of NLP/ML techniques, esp. prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs in Python with common libraries and frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, PyTorch, SageMaker)
  • Experience deploying and monitoring machine learning models on the cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Interest in partnering with linguist experts to define data requirements for your models
  • Proficiency working with version control systems like Git and containerization technologies such as Docker
  • High comfort in making trade-offs in model design/complexity based on what solution the product needs
  • A natural curiosity about the technologies you use and take initiative to dive in, ask questions, and figure things out
  • A point of view but are low ego
  • Experience working at a fast-pace, start-up experience a plus

The target salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $160,000 - $180,000 with the total lifetime comp being $151,500 - $218,500.  Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
