The Osmind Mental Health Fellowship offers an exciting opportunity for early career mental health clinicians to hone their skills in community engagement, mentorship, and professional development. Fellows will play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful connections among forward-thinking mental health clinicians, driving high-quality conversations, and supporting our mission to advance innovative treatments in mental health care.

Length of Program and Commitment
  • The Osmind Mental Health Fellowship is a three-month program with the possibility of extension based on performance and community needs.
  • Fellows are expected to commit roughly 10 hours per week.
  • This position is part-time and remote.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Timely Engagement (24-hour Turnaround): Respond quickly to member introduction posts and practice management inquiries to foster an active and engaging environment.
  • Expert Tagging and Connection: Tag relevant experts within the community to facilitate informed discussions and enhance member learning. Must familiarize yourself with community members in order to do this.
  • Content Linking and Resource Promotion: Link back to other community posts, Osmind content, and relevant resources to provide members with comprehensive support and information. Promote community resources and events (e.g., AMAs, courses) to maximize member participation based on post topics.
  • Moderation and Quality Control: Monitor community interactions to maintain a respectful and professional atmosphere following our code of conduct flagging any community misconduct.
  • Event Promotion Support: Assist in promoting live community events by dropping links to appropriate events in threads.
  • Eligibility
  • An MD or DO who has completed residency and is licensed to practice medicine in the United States.
  • An MD or DO who is currently in residency or fellowship.
  • An NP, CRNA, or PA who has graduated from an accredited training program and is state-licensed and nationally certified with a master’s in advanced practice nursing or a master’s in PA studies.
  • An MD, DO, NP, CRNA, or PA student.
  • Must Be:
  • Passionate about Community: Demonstrates a genuine commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging environment, with a proactive approach to building connections and promoting collaboration among members.
  • Knowledge of Mental Health Modalities: Familiarity with various treatment options, including interventional modalities like TMS and ketamine.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to facilitate discussions, manage sensitive topics, and mediate conflicts effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Proficient in tracking discussions, community dynamics, and following up on member inquiries.
