Operations at Brex

The Operations team is the bridge between our product and our customers. Our priority is to keep our customers happy and their businesses protected, while delivering vital information back to our internal teams. We are responsible for underwriting all of our customers, while simultaneously managing Brex’s risk exposures. We work cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Data, and Engineering to allow Brex to scale efficiently, keeping quality top of mind.

What you’ll do

The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will be responsible for executing the QA function for the various operations teams. You’ll work closely with each team leader and key cross-functional partners to perform quality assurance audits and report on results. 

Responsibilities

  • QA Operations cases
  • Track and report the results of QA’s performed
  • Identify hot spots Management can address to boost QA scores
  • Own and update all QA-related material/processes
  • Create new QA procedures as Brex grows
  • Participate in projects that contribute to Operations/Compliance 

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while successfully adapting to change
  • Finance or fintech experience
  • Experience in Excel or GSuite products
  • Must be willing to work in the office 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday, starting September 1st, 2025 when we open our Sao Paulo office

Bonus points

  • Experience with data tools such as Looker or Tableau
