Blue Bottle Coffee is looking for a talented and passionate Supply Chain Associate to join our Blue Bottle Korea team. As the Supply Chain Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, and elevating Blue Bottle’s ability to share delicious coffee experiences with more guests nationwide. Reporting into our Korea Supply Chain Manager, this is a highly integrated and connected position and will require your collaborative skills to ensure success with stakeholders across our cafe, Ecommerce, and CPG channels.
You will:
  • Manage and purchase orders to local suppliers, 3PL inventory, upload on the external system and tracking schedule for our cafe channel mainly but also Ecommerce and CPG channels. Solve outbound issue according to channel requirement
  • Cooperate cross functionally with internal stakeholder mainly cafe team and other channels such as Ecommerce and CPG channels according to their requirement
  • Manage order systematically and put the data’s movement on the internal system
  • Manage and support internal closing both expense and inventory in collaboration with finance team mainly
  • Support team’s new process and /share documents to stakeholders such as daily inventory status, etc.
  • Support main events such as new cafe openings and new product development process, aligned with company growth plan
  • Support/Create improvement opportunities continuously such as new process, developing solutions to reduce waste and improve cost efficiencies for high quality of service
  • Build relationships with vendors and external partners; manage the relationship and negotiate terms optimizing for company growth and profitability
    • You are:
  • A team player with high integrity and open minded 
  • Able to anticipate and balance stakeholder needs to align around a common goal
  • An effective communicator - verbal, written and non-verbal
  • Detail oriented, comfortable synthesizing both quantitative and qualitative data to understand the big picture
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and confident in making decisions to move the organization forward
  • Proactive and innovative, always looking to improve and simplify processes
    • You have:
  • 1+ years of experience in Cafe Operations or Supply Chain; ideally with experience at a FMCG or retail company
  • Advanced data entry skills (eg. Excel)
  • Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite preferred)
  • A love for delicious coffee, food, and care for an exceptional guest experience
