- Expand our data warehouse with clean, analysis-ready data.
- Own and manage tools across our data stack, including Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and Looker.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure we’re solving the right business problems.
- Define and improve internal standards for maintainability and best practices in a high-scale data infrastructure.
- Ensure company-wide core metrics are built and maintained with the highest quality.
- Enable business stakeholders and analysts to leverage data effectively for decision-making.
- Establish data governance processes to ensure consistency and accuracy of key metrics.
About you
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and workflows.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Fivetran, Airbyte, Census).
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical topics.
